I am all in favour, would be very happy to take an active role in this project. I have collected a lot of valuable source material over the years. I am available to commence following my exams later this month. Looking forward to further discussions.

It looks to me as linked attempts to create such help, were going in the right direction. The project simply never got popularity.
What about creating first a group of linked together blogs where different people express themselves on these topics?
And as the next step categorize the posts on those blogs and create some kind of data base or even “tablet of contents” on separate page or blog with links to existing articles, posts and websites?
That may be much easier.

I am willing to host Torat Emet, the blog. It's taking AishDas a while to upgrade our web site to the current generation of software, but I think we can do this without waiting behind the technology committee on the general web site.

I love the idea in theory but I must ask the following: what would our intended audience be? If it's ourselves, then fine.Let's write back and forth to each other and pat each other on the back. If it's the uncommitted, we won't get to them unless we drop some of our language, assumptions, and arguments since they'll be turned-off from the first assertion. At bottom then we have to listen to the "other" closely, acknowledge truth from whatever source, bend, take deep breaths, and grow as much as we'd ask our readers to if we're to succeed.

Completely agree. I can't think of a better or more deserving participant than R. Yakov Feldman.

It is important to avoid triumphalism, parochialism and mamtain a high level of discourse. It is also important to cogently argue a good case and do so with respect. An overall editorial policy wil maintain this standard.

We have a responsibility to respond. We must not cede this field to thistles and weeds. Our oponents. will publicize us.The web reaches people and places one never imagines. Our obligation is to respond and with Hashem's help we will prevail.

It's hard to come by well-informed people on this subject, but you seem like you know what you're talking about! Thanks
