Belz counts as one of the largest hasidic communities around the world. Every Belzer Chusid visits the rebbis shul at least once a year praying together with the chief rabbi, most visit on Rosh Hashana or Yom Kippur and some do on Sukkot or Passover. Many Jews even secular Jews feel an uplifting experience visiting this holy shrine. |
