Tsitsis in ancient images

 
This is the only known image of an Israelite king. Jehu, king of the northern Israelites, is shown bowing down to
Shalmanesar, king of the Assyrians, approx. 682 b.c.e. (ref.2Kings 17:3) Notice the head covering and what looks like tsitsis  
Does anyone know it this images are legitimate. I saw them here.   I previously once posted this image of peyos, extreme left.
