What is the misnaged's favourite possuk in the Megilla?
Why?
Because it is read with the Eicha melody.
If so, why isn't the entire Megillah read with the Eicha melody?
That would be too much holelus (levity)!
*The following verses should be read with the tune of Eicha (rather than the normal tune for Esther), to signify the sad or tragic implications of these verses: 2:6, 3:15, 4:1, the last half of 4:3, and 7:4.

it's similar to the satmar Rov, Rav Yoilish's, famous "joke" that the tune of Eicha was used do that it would be a Yuntif for the Litvaks also. I like your addition at the end though. :-)
