first off, i'm really curious about the source of the stones of Har Sinai all bearing the same pattern-- I heard it mentioned many years ago, but I've never seen it inside anywhere..

secondly, isn't the confusion of aggadot contradicting one another a borrowing from the halachic principle of the problem of learning one thing from two sources?
